About Me

Working at the intersection of art, design, motion and emerging technologies, creating visual narratives that connect ideas, brands and communities.

+ Professional Journey

Over the past two decades, I have worked across graphic design, art direction, motion graphics, video editing and visual storytelling, collaborating with agencies, brands, cultural institutions and independent projects.

My career began in traditional visual communication, where I developed a strong foundation in graphic design, illustration and artistic practice. As digital media evolved, I expanded my expertise into motion design, audiovisual production and interactive experiences.

Throughout my professional journey, I have created animated content, advertising campaigns, social media assets, brand identities, pitch decks and audiovisual narratives for clients across different industries.

Working remotely with multidisciplinary teams has allowed me to adapt quickly to fast-paced production environments while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency and creative problem-solving.

My approach integrates design, animation, sound and storytelling into cohesive visual experiences. Whether developing motion graphics for digital campaigns, editing promotional videos or directing creative projects, I seek to build meaningful connections between brands, ideas and audiences.

Alongside my commercial work, I have maintained an active artistic practice that includes painting, animation, digital art, 3D experimentation, virtual environments and Web3 projects.

Currently, I work as an Art Director, Motion Designer and Visual Artist, developing projects that exist at the intersection of communication, technology and contemporary visual culture.

+ Artistic Biography

Leonardo M. Scarcia began exhibiting his work in 1994, participating in the Bienal de Arte Joven in Buenos Aires — one of the three decentralized biennials held at that time.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, he exhibited across key cultural spaces in Buenos Aires, including Lady of Bollini, the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, Casa de Corrientes, the French Alliance of Buenos Aires, Galería Pacífico, and the Recoleta Museum of Modern Art.

While institutional opportunities later became more limited, Scarcia never stopped creating. His practice continued to evolve organically through new media, digital languages and experimental forms.

In 2021, he entered the NFT ecosystem, opening a new chapter in his career. Through Web3, he reconnected with a global artistic community and expanded his work internationally.

Today, his multidisciplinary practice spans painting, animation, art direction, digital illustration, 3D art, virtual reality, augmented reality and AI-assisted creation.

His work exists between what is constructed and what is felt, where images are not only seen, but experienced.
